Registration FAQ
Whether you have been coming to SYW for years or planning to attend for the first time, we hope that you experience SYW as we do - a place to call home!
Conference FeeS
The conference fee below includes housing and meals for the conference.
• Youth (With Home Group Sponsor): $396 (Home group providing adult sponsor)
• Youth (Without Home Group Sponsor): $496 (SYW will provide adult sponsor)
• Adults attending with their home group: $396
Wondering who has to register?
SYW is open to all youth who have completed the 8th grade through graduating seniors in 2024. Adult sponsors must also register and pay the conference fee. Adults are full participants of the conference. Adult leaders MUST BE over the age of 23.
Scholarships
Conference participants can apply for the Synod of the Sun Racial Ethnic Scholarship. The scholarship is designed to help make the conference affordable for those who would otherwise not attend. The Racial Ethnic Scholarship application is found in the forms and flyers page of our website.

Housing
Conference participants will be housed with your Home Church Group in a dorm setting. As you register online, you (as registrar) will select each participant’s roommate from within your home group. Home groups will provide an adult for each dorm where they have students staying. The ratio (1:6) means that for each 6 females, the Home Church group will provide 1 female sponsor [the same for males].
