REGISTRATION: By church only with a deadline of June 14th. All registrations received after June 14th are placed on a
waiting list.
COST/FEE: The total cost for the Workshop is $325 per participant, paid in full before June 1, 2011, ($350 per participant after June 1st). The fee includes $100 registration deposit, room and board on campus, and t‐shirt.

DEPOSIT: A $100 deposit for each participant (youth and adult) must accompany each registration.
CONFIRMATION: When at least one adult registration for every four youth is received (gender sensitive—e.g. 1 adult male for 1 to 4 male youth), a group will be confirmed and additional information will be sent by email.
