BASIC INFORMATION:
SYNOD YOUTH WORKSHIP
July 12-17, 2010
REGISTRATION: Deadline is June 15th by church only. All registrations received after June 30th are placed on a waiting list.
CONFIRMATION: When at least one adult registration for every four youth is received (gender sensitive—e.g. 1 adult male for 1 to 4 male youth)
PACKET MATERIALS: Emailed to the youth leader of the church after confirmation.
DEPOSIT: A $100 deposit for each participant (youth and adult) must accompany each registration.
COST: The total cost for the Workshop is $300 per person, paid in full by June 30th.
CANCELLATIONS:
Before June 15th—full refund
June 15th to 30th—deposit not refunded
After June 30th—no refunds
FEE INCLUDES: $100 registration fee, room and board on campus, and T-shirt.
